This game was created by a man with Autism, and is basically a modified version of the popular game Minecraft. It's definitely for slightly older children, but is very creative. It also allows for children on the spectrum to game with other children on the spectrum so they can get to know others who may face the same difficulties- without the pressure of a face to face interaction.

Offline colouring in is definitely an easier option- but if your child struggles with using pencils or paints or doesn't like the feeling of pencil on paper (it's more common than you might think) this might be the perfect alternative. Also, if you're in a car or a waiting room this will be perfect.

This game helps to improve creativity but also helps children get used to common nouns as they decorate the room.
